How Camden Plus is Governed

Camden Plus Credit Union is governed by a professionally trained, volunteer Board of Directors, who are elected from the membership at the Annual General Meeting, (AGM). The Board appoints a Credit Union Manager, who oversees the operational management of the organisation, and our Assistant Manager, who leads the delivery of branch services to members.

At the AGM, the members also elect a Credit Commitee, who have overall responsibility for the management of the Credit Union's lending portfolio, and a Supervisory Committee, who act as the 'member's watchdog', ensuring that all legislation, rules, policies and procedures are adhered to.
